I remember having that issue myself. It was due to the fact that I had 
somehow managed to lose a physical sculpty offworld. It took me a while 
to figure that out since it was so far off world I couldn't see it 
anymore. I'd check my regions to see if anything like that is happening. 
Other than that I am not sure =) Good luck.
