[Opensim-users] NPC module?

Hi,

I was thinking that a server side NPC module would be a useful add to the
opensim project but apparently one already exists.

That said, a google search pulls up scant information on this except mention
of it in the dev lists.

Does anyone have any more detailed info on the NPC module, how it works, how
to install it and configure it etc?
