[Opensim-users] Region DB Timeout

Attempting to run OpenSim under Ubuntu using MySQL for a standalone region.
Although the client crashes later with a sequence that starts:

Your sqlite3 version is old - please upgrade to at least v3.5.0!
00:33:09 - [SERVICE BASE]: Failed to load plugin OpenSim.Data.IFriendsData

I suspect this is a side effect from the REGION DB timeout below:

Would be grateful for any help.
