[Opensim-users] D4OS can use Robust 0.7 now

if you are using 0.6.8/9 this is normal because opensim has problems
to manage "ghost" users.
the online status for users in opensim 0.7 is better handled.
i can add a timer to show users that are online since more than few
hours (fill an issue queue if needed) but i think that the result will
be false because there is really this quantity of online users in the
grid database :)
if someone has a "magic method" to clean the "agents" table in
0.6.8/9, we can add it to the cron tasks
maybe this is time to go 0.7 ? :)
