A lot would depend on the terms under which the 'Nevada' technology is
licensed. But I would venture to guess they are not especially eager to see
that happen with 'Nevada' either - what you suggest, whether for the public
grid or the private walled gardens provided by the 'Nevada' technology,
would only dilute their business model.
