If there's any question why don't you simply write Torley and ask him.  He put the time into collecting/developing them. A note that discusses how you plan to meet the license criteria is easy to do and shows respect for his efforts.

Seems to me that inclusion in an Open Source distribution qualifies nicely for this!

I would expect that the license terms etc. would be included as well.

Is anything else needed?
