[Opensim-users] 2-Wide Region Restriction?

Did you start with a 2X2 wide and then add regions?

I am tracking an issue that arises when you add new regions AFTER the
initial setup. I have not yet ruled out something that I am doing wrong, but
it does appear that adding regions after your initial setup has some sort of
problem.
