There is a known bug in the official releases (it's also in 0.7.0.1) that makes your Trash come back after every login. There's a fix for this in both the development version of OpenSimulator and in 0.7-post-fixes. Either compile from the source code in 0.7-post-fixes, or wait for the next release.

In the meantime, stay clean. ;-)
