[Opensim-users] Site specific changes to OpenSim.ini

We see this as a fix for the problem so many times... I wonder if we 
can find a more reliable way for people to make the changes they want 
to OpenSim.ini and leave that as a file that can be in any 
distribution unchanged?  Maybe adding in another include at the 
bottom of OpenSim.ini to a custom settings file which acts as an 
override.  then if folks change ONLY the values that they need in 
that it would be less to change and check on new releases?

Just a suggestion.
