[Opensim-users] April 22 discussion: How the viewer might evolve if it weren't limited by SL compatibility

One thing i have allways wanted was the abuilty to choose what media player
to use with a client rather than beeing chained to QT all the time. For me
it seems rather limmited when it comes to streaming video media. Winamp for
instance also offers a streaming video encoder or perhaps VLC. Things like
that allow an inepensive way to it. 
just a thought
