[Opensim-users] First stoopid noob question

Hi!  I just successfully installed OpenSim yesterday, and I'm loving it.  My
only real concern is that I can't seem to alter the terrain or generate any
prims.  I'm certain that I simply missed a step.  Could anybody be so kind
as to clue me in as to which one?
