[Opensim-dev] Compiling opensim on linux

Thanks for helping me in the right direction Kevin.

I found mono-project.com provides msbuild so I used that and their
monostack. It is for Centos 8 and I rather had used Fedora's own mono
but this works for now so consider it solved :)
