[Opensim-dev] On the FPS issue...

I just went to 2 different sims in SL and basically had the same frame
rates as I get in opensim. I know this is not so scientific or anything but
my frame rates were generally under 10. On the FCVW grid and MOSES and my
own grids and OSG. My internet connectionis not too bad DSL at 25 down 5
up. That should be enough to make things work right network wise. Is there
really any difference in frame rate between SL and OS? I have not seen it.

Testing was done in Singularity on a iMac i7 quad core with a 512MB Video
card. (About 4 years old)
