Hi folks,

The code used to run the recent OSCC 2014 conference (in the "ghosts" branch) has now been fully merged into the
OpenSimulator main master development branch.

As much of the work was to cope with higher avatar numbers (target of 400 across 4 regions), you may not notice it so
much at lower numbers.

Please report any issues in the usual channels (mailing list, Mantis, etc.).

There were some further config tweaks to cope with conference loads (as detailed in my OSCC presentation at [1]).
However, these were a special case and I don't expect them to have made a huge difference to performance.

A further issue is some observed bad behaviour with adaptive throttles as detailed in my other post at [2]. If you do
still encounter poor connection issues with current master you might want to test disabling these [3]. If it does make
a difference please report.

I don't anticipate further developing the ghosts branch now unless that's necessary for bug hunting purposes.

Regards,
