[Opensim-dev] Var regions and who my Neighbour

I been tinkering around and testing and running into strange things are
happening. I been testing the sight distance and what is the privacy
spacing of regions so they cant see the others.

non var regions you can put 1 void between them and you cant see into them.

When I add a var region all things go all strange.

1> I place a non va region 1 void away and cant see it.   (and not a
neighbour)
2> Teleport to that non-var region you can see that var region.
3> restart the varregion and non var region becomes it Neighbour. (still
with the void between them)
3> once an avatar is in the var region it leaves its avatar child circuit
connection behind. (for how long? not sure, non var regions drop it really
quickly)

Any suggestions. I trying to set up mostly how much of spacing needed
between regions.
