[Opensim-dev] Proposal to drop MSSQL support if no one comes forward to implement missing bits and fix bugs

I personally could help update it if anyone felt the need to update it - I
had a look around the code a couple of weeks ago and noticed how far it has
lagged behind the rest. If there is demand I'll step forward... just a case
of asking if anyone really wants it given the depth of support for MySQL
and Postgres - both of which are cross-platform.
