I went to do an update to my open sims by extracting it into a new
directory and copying over the database and region files, but then this
happens when I try to start it back up and I'm not sure how long it will
be before a working fix is released.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind
failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value
[HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].
