[Opensim-dev] Mono 4.0 coming changes

It should be pointed out that it is very simple and easy to run multiple
versions of mono on any given Linux system by utilizing user space, if you
have existing applications that need older mono, just setup a new user and
point that user to the old mono, using this as an argument to not move
forward is weak at best.
