[Opensim-dev] suspect errors while starting opens as service

Using the -console=basic option is a possible way to clear up these
exceptions.

I see this happen when running OpenSim in anything other than a vanilla
console. I seem to recall that it is an upstream (mono or possibly log4net)
issue.
