[Opensim-dev] OpenSimDefaults.ini clean up

I would be careful with touching the defaults in the defaults file.

It is always good to have a file where you can look up the defaults when
you somehow messed up in opensim.ini.

You probably will never need those settings which are in defaults but not
in opensim.ini.
