[Opensim-dev] OpenSimDefaults.ini clean up

Yeah, I would definitely vote against moving things to the end of 
sections. It's perfectly fine to have, say:

A
B
C
D
E

in the defaults file, but only have, say:

A
C
E

in OpenSim.ini.example.
