[Opensim-dev] opensim-libs out of date ?

Some of the libraries in de opensim-libs repo appear to be out of date.
There appear to be dll in the opensim master git wich have been compiled
with higher versions then there are in the opensim-libs.

It seems that openjpeg is outdated (libomv, metaverse) and also I suspect
that bulletsim in the repo is an old version.

Can some of the devs bring the source in the opensim-libs repo up to date ?
