[Opensim-dev] strange code in object "Creator", "Owner", etc.

I have seen this happen with various V3 viewers. Usually, a complete
uninstall and reinstall of the viewer clears it up. I haven't been able
to figure out what's causing it in the first place. I can only suspect
one setting or another that gets reset on a reinstall.
