[Opensim-dev] Improved OSSearch & OSProfile

ok actually looking closer I see your not talking about the Robust regions
table. sorry about the confusion its been some time since i looked at this
code.   Is there any particular reason you are deleting entries older than 7
days?  what if a region is up for a month?  I had a region on OSgrid up for
96 days before i restarted it recently.
