[Opensim-dev] Running OpenSim in the background

I agree that the current "on screen" console is a very bad idea, but
nowadays is the only way to manage "standard" opensim servers.
My suggestions are only for a quick and easy way to do it.
Anyway i don't use Robust (nor Simian) for my grid and I control my servers
using a custom region plugin...
