[Opensim-dev] Inventory Migration

Hi Guys,

Thanks for your feedback. We're migrating our own built material from SL to
Opensim. In the past we used to use Meerkat to export out as XML and import
back into our Opensim instance with no problems. However, we do not have
that option right now since Meerkat is a no go.

We have tried Hippo and it seems to have some hiccups sometimes and does not
fully import correctly.

We have used imprudence and this is an excellent choice, I just wanted to
see what was going to be the best solution because with over 30 sims of
custom built content we have much to migrate and so the easiest the better.

I have heard many good things about SI but I did not know if there were
issues with it as it seems to be close to the copybot and we all know how LL
loves that app. LOL

Thanks,
Andrew
