[Opensim-dev] 0.7.1 release

The HG is the most important, hope this includes adding avatars to the
friends list and send im's to avatars on other grids.
The meshes are nice to have since only the ll beta viewer supports them. (I
do not think a lot of people will log in with this viewer on the opensims)

I would add the bugs with the megaregions to the list. The missing prims on
the maptiles, the false prim count in about land and the wrong info in the
top bar of the viewer.
