[Opensim-dev] Refactoring status (take 2)

The DB schema is pretty much done, with the understanding that, in 
general, this work is still open for suggestions.
To give an overview, here's what happened to the schema:

- agents (obsolete)
- assets (unchanged)
- auth (new -- passwords)
- avatars (new, replaces avatarappearance and avatarattachments)
- avatarappearance, avatarattachments (obsolete)
- estate_* (unchanged)
- inventoryfolders (unchanged)
- inventoryitems (unchanged)
- land* (unchanged)
- migrations (unchanged)
- presence (new, stores where agents are and home info)
- prim* (unchanged)
- regionban (unchanged)
- regions (reused, more fields were added)
- regionsettings (unchanged)
- terrain (unchanged)
- tokens (new, authentication tokens)
- useraccounts (new)
- userfriends (probably will be reused)
- users (obsolete)
