[Opensim-dev] User services refactoring status

.NET is ok and I appreciate why it was used for OpenSim, but most of
the CMS systems that I have come across and may want to integrate are
not .NET such as Joomla, Drupal. Would this mean installing Mono on
all systems, not just the OpenSim systems? Still a helpful alternative
to consider.
