[Opensim-dev] User services refactoring status

Just as a proof of concept i am in the middle of uploading a pre-setup
copy of XAMP to my website at
http://www.laurencemartin.org/opensim/divaxamp.zip
to use Unzip run the xampsetup.bat (to relink the paths) and then
proceed to the diva setup
(password is shadow)

as long as the hooks to re-add sqlite support are left in place i
would say FOR THE TIME BEING drop the code out (or mark ti as being
borken)
