[Opensim-dev] 0.7.1

We seem to have crossed the line towards 0.7.1: the major planned 
features/refactorings are in place. Now there's only bug fixes.

It would be great if we could focus some energy around fixing the stated 
critical bugs. "Energy" means testing, reporting, *and* fixing. If there 
are other bugs that ppl think are critical, please add them to the list. 
Once the critical bugs are fixed, we can branch towards the release.
