[Opensim-dev] Megaregion tiles on the map and the prim count in megaregions.

I looked at you regions.ini file, I doubt megarions can work when the sims
do not ly against each other.

Looks like you want to set a megarion mars an a few other sims.

To make such a setup work you will have to launch multiple opensims. (you
should make 2 copies of the opensim bin dir and start 2 instances op
opensim. I think they should be able to share the same robust services, but
I have not tried this yet...)
One with the megarion mars and one with the other 4 regions.
