[Opensim-dev] Megaregion tiles on the map and the prim count in megaregions.

With megarions there are a few issues.

With the map tile generation the map images are generated withouth the prims
on it. (the only region on wich prims are rendered on the map image is the
root region)
Aparently all the prims in a megaregion are in the root region, and prims
gte x and y coordinates higher thatn 256x256 to rez them on the correct
region. The module wich creates the maptiles looks at the prims in the
regions, instead of looking at the prims in the root region.

The prim count in the about land shows 0 (for all parcels, except those in
the root region), probably cause it looks up the prims in the region where
the parcel is instead of the root region.

The parcel name shown below the menu balk also shows the wrong name. It
shows the name of the root region, instead of the parcel/region name of
where the avatar is.
