What does the 'context of the OpenSimulator project' mean though?  Does it include anything at all to do with 
OpenSimulator or is is restricted to only certain classes of use?

I think that it's much easier to license these images under the well known CC0 and have done with it, rather than having 
to create novel exemptions which could be argued over later.
