Thanks for confirming that Melanie, that's what I thought.  The 
comment in Robust.ini.example was wrong and there was no default 
listed and commented out as usual in Robust.HG.ini.example so I 
thought it wise to check.  I assume capitalisation is 
"useraccounts"  to be consistent with DB tables, Wiki, etc.
