[Opensim-dev] Crash on HEAD during startup

Thanks Diva.  I tracked it down.  Fat fingered the copy when doing the
asset service config and it failed to pick up my file. I had it about
95% right. :-)

Definitely things could be easier in the config area.  Maybe when the
dust settles having a minimalist config with the things you really
*have* to change vs things that could be run with the defaults and a
full on example with all the possible options documented.  

I have mixed feelings about the config include thing.  Its multiple
places to have to look to get a running configuration.  Again, maybe if
there's a simplified version to get people started and then I can
reference the example for all the possible options as I need them that
would lessen the complexity and therefore the chances to muck it up.
