[Opensim-dev] Update LibOMV

Looks like LibOMV is just about to prepare a release.   This would be
their first release in quite a while.     I'd be willing to put in
some time to update it after their release.    (though, it'll probably
be two weeks from now that I have the time).

Thoughts?
