Justin, I am sure you spotted this, but the old startup sections 
which contain the data base connect strings, do not I believe get 
used if running in Grid mode as the separate .xml confusing files for 
UGAIM are the ones used.   same applies to the welcome string shown 
in browsers, which is picked up from the user server xml config file, 
not opensim.ini.  Whatever you put there is ignored in grid mode.

It would be good if the separation of the opensim.ini into sections 
could properly reflect which entries are live in the two modes and 
which are not, so that epopel don't go around tty to change te wrong 
entries when setting up and debugging problems.
