[Opensim-dev] MANTIS PRIORITY LIST PROPOSAL

Due to the large number of Mantis reports, how about prioritizing them
according to their importance, and focus on all Mantis reports related to
the most critical issues first.

For example start with any issues dealing with OAR backups since no matter
what happens to a grid, as long as a region owner can create a reliable
backup he should be ok.

And next perhaps any Mantis issues dealing with Logins, TPs and Region
Crossing; what good is a Grid when the interconnections are unreliable?

Then maybe issues dealing with assets and inventory loading?
Then perhaps any issues dealing with avatar rendering, etc.
Then onward down the priority list.

This would seem a more logial & organized way to approach the problem then
simply dealing with the oldest issues first.

If creating the priority list becomes an issue, perhaps use a voting system
or a selected group.
