[Opensim-dev] "Ninja" usage

The main documentation is here:

project page at
http://forge.opensimulator.org/gf/project/ninjaphysics/.

Please be aware that this is a new and experimental feature, so don't
expect it to work perfectly yet. Bug reports and feature requests are
most welcome!
