[Opensim-dev] vicinity - Status as in SVN 7900

Hi Crista,

a short note, maybe even on the user list, would be perfect - even when
switiching interface or not.

The community would spread the word in other channels.

I read the SVn comments, but have just not noticed the sentence in 7891.
