[Opensim-dev] OpenSim Library

Making this work for grids will have to wait until someone volunteers 
some time to rethink the OpenSim Library concept. It's a bit of a mess 
right now, being instantiated by none other than the beast itself -- the 
user server...

On top of that, IARs also have some serious dependencies on Scenes.
