[Opensim-dev] Backports Testing Request

Could everyone running trunk please test r9048 extensively.

If it works appropriately, could someone please apply 9047 and 9048 to postfixes branches.

The patches fix an issue whereby sessionIDs aren't properly checked in certain packets.
