Ai,
Yes it did. Raise, Lower, Flatten, Smooth, and Revert now have a fixed
stepsize, that was calibrated in my own environment. I'm hoping the
parameters are transferable and general, but I won't be surprised if tuning
requests appear. The parameters really should be read from the ini file, so
they can be tweaked in an install-specific context. Maybe next round...

Mike, can you let us know if that also applied the fix you suggested
I test for the sensitivity parameter that would apply in raise land
terrain edit mode? If so I will test that soon.
