[Opensim-dev] Local assets in Grid mode

There may be a technical issue here also. 

I am told by Nebadon and others that logging onto a region on a grid running local assets ends up potentially making all the inventory of an avatar using grid assets non-functional. 

So, that might be worth looking into also.
