How does region requirements scale with number of avatars (both CPU and memory)?
Let's say ~10 avatars/region. ~100 avatars total. Maybe spiking to 100-200 avatars/region,
but on a single region. Not all of them.

Negligible resources for all practical purposes.

How about multicore? Will OpenSim load-level regions across
each cores? I.e. does it make sense investing into 4 or 8 cores,
or is it better to rack more single/dual CPU servers?
