[Opensim-dev] Local assets in Grid mode

+1 for interfaces
+1 for modules
+1 for variable setups
+a lot for easy

Maybe OpenSim.exe can have a simple yet efficient sh/bat file just to
start Asset-server, waits, start OpenSim.exe (for the few that use
standalone). Other than that, +1 for default Grid Mode in OpenSim.ini.
I'm not sure which the databases are currently most in use, I'm doing
a very wild guess that mySQL and SQLlite are topping the list. SQLlite
mostly because it's out-of-the-box. If anyone has an idea maybe set a
default on that too? Maybe mySQL for linux, SQLlite on windows?
