[Opensim-dev] making nunit tests easier to use

Given the system is fully automated, and only takes about 8 seconds
right now to run the tests, I think the answer is yes.  I suspect that
as our test runs get on the order of minutes we'll want to make a "quick
test" for each checkin by the devs, and still run the full stuff in bamboo.
