[Opensim-dev] Script engine base functional merge - Dot Net Engine

I have to agree wholeheartedly with SDague here - someone (Mel?) needs to
finish fleshing out the support for her work on XEngine to get the desired
functionality in place. From what Mel said in an earlier post itt, it sounds
as if she has already done all the hard parts. In the interim, we have dne
still sitting there.

Considering the community response at VW08 and the continued exposure we
rec'd there, I'd venture to say this really needs to get some priority.
