Yes, although it's very much only the basic beginnings (about 5%).  I 
hope to reuse a good chunk of the code from the region archiving, but 
the fact that it's a region module actually makes this a little 
difficult at the moment (some restructuring may be required, though I 
know Melanie may have made some changes to make things easier in this 
area).  Please feel free to take a look around, though if you want to 
wait I'll describe the issues and my mental implementation plans in more 
detail early next week (I'm actually on 'holiday' till then - though not 
the kind which means I completely stop processing e-mail :-)
